At Highway420 DC, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and discreet cannabis delivery services throughout Washington, DC. Please review our delivery policy to understand how we operate and what you can expect when placing an order.

1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery services within Washington, DC only. Deliveries outside of DC are not available, in accordance with local cannabis laws.

2. Age Verification

All customers must be 21 years or older to place an order. Valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. No exceptions.

4. Delivery Times

We offer same-day delivery in most cases. Typical delivery hours are:

🕐 Monday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Orders placed outside delivery hours will be processed the next day.

5. Delivery Fees

We offer free delivery on qualifying minimum orders. A small delivery fee may apply based on location and order size. Details will be provided at the time of your order.

6. Discreet & Safe Delivery

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are delivered discreetly and safely in unmarked packaging. Our drivers are trained to ensure a smooth, professional hand-off.

7. Missed Deliveries & Rescheduling

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:

• We will attempt to contact you via phone or text.

• After 10 minutes of no response, the delivery will be canceled.

• A rescheduling fee may apply for second attempts.

8. Payments

We accept cash upon delivery. Other payment options may be available — please ask when placing your order.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the driver is en route, cancellations may result in a restocking fee.
